Upgrade 10.04 to 12.04 error

Bug Description

While upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04 I am getting error and message requesting to log the bug here.

uname -a of my server:
Linux s15434928.domainepardefaut.fr 2.6.18-028stab099.3 #1 SMP Wed Mar 7 15:20:22 MSK 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
Release: 10.04

Command used for upgrade:
sudo do-release-upgrade

system updated using aptitude before the upgrade without error.

File attached with logs.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make Ubuntu better. However, it seems that you are not using a software package provided by the official Ubuntu repositories. Because of this the Ubuntu project can not support or fix your particular bug.

The logs indicate that the upgrade fails due to use of non-Ubuntu kernel. Please install an official Ubuntu kernel and if the problem persists, file another bug.
