when disabling a second monitor the confirmation dialog is "shown" on the disabled monitor

Bug Description

On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS when having two monitors attached and one monitor is disabled, the confirmation dialog for the change after apply is displayed on the disabled monitor, making it impossible to confirm the change after which it automatically reverts.g

Thank you for your bug report, what desktop environment do you use? What monitor is the primary one, which one do you disable? It would help if you could describe your monitors layout and what you do exactly

The primary monitor is a Lenovo LCD and the secondary monitor was a Sony Diamontron CRT. The one on which the settings dialog resided was the primary monitor and the one where the confirmation dialog appeared was the secondary one.
