Bug Description
Inkscape UI is inconsistent on indication object opacity.
Draw an rectangle and set its opacity to 48.6% and check following indicators:
- Fill & Stroke dialog - there is 48.6
- fill and stroke widget on inkscape stausbar - there is 49 (no percent sign)
- fill and stroke widget on tool control bar - there is .4 (it should be rounded up to ,5)
I think that Inkscape should be more consistent in this case and use an unified format everywhere (XX.X format with percent sign semms the best for me)

Changed the opacity on the fill and stroke widget on tool control bar to match the statusbar - showing whole percent. To be consistent with all the other toolbar controls , the units (px/pt/mm/%) are only optionally shown via a tooltip.
