launcher bar does'nt open with mouse

Bug Description

When launcher is in auto-hide mode, I can't open it with mouse.

I'm obliged to use 'super' key to open it or to set it in 'no-hide' mode to work.

Problems seen on 2 differents PC (12.04 x86 and 12.04 amd64) after today updates.

It's seem to be update from 5.14 to 5.16 which create this behaviour

Thought it was result of installing python3 at same time so uninstalled python but fault remains.
Is 5.14 still available so I can try roll-back?
Synaptic only shows 5.10 and 5.16 as available versions.
It will not allow me to downgrade to 5.10 even with package>Force Version

launcher is ok after downgrading nvidia to 304.43.
