Install Problem Ubuntu/Xubuntu/Server 7.04

Bug Description

During the setting, Ubuntu will ask you decide the network connection.
I don't have internet connection, but I choose maneually setting. It will take long time for it passing through, usually more than one hour.

I tried Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Server editon for 7.04 beta version

At what point does the installer pause for a long time? Describe what's on the screen. Thanks.
