Bug Description
When navigating up / down the list of user accounts, the preceding section of the list (i.e. going downwards, the part of the list above the login panel, or going upwards, the part of the list below the login panel) jumps at the end of the transition. This transition should be made smooth so that there is no noticeable jump.
