Bug Description

Hi,

It's just a display issue, Stellarium display the ecliptical topocentric coordinates labelled as ecliptical geocentric coordinates.
I would suggest to change the values, not the label.

See question #209330 for more details.

Regards,
François.

Right now I'm set description as "Ecliptic Topocentric (of date)" but this issue needs some discussion. Maybe better solution will be display both values - ecliptical geocentric and ecliptical topocentric coordinates.

If I may give my opinion, I think that in terms of topocentric coordinates, we already got loads of them on display (RA/DE, HA/DE, Az/Alt) and that's probably all one needs.
I found the geocentric coordinates most useful if you want to do further calculations / processing on the "raw" body coordinates themselves.
As for showin the two, well I already find this display a bit bloated. The ideal would be to be able to select the values one wants on display in a list.

But you already can choose which labels will be displayed (F2 -> Information).

Oh sorry, I'm still on 0.11.2 and this has been implemented in 0.11.3... I need to update but my bandwidth is very limited.

So in the end, I don't mind if both informations are available. :)

Cheers.
