Add AutoDJ controls to midi wizard and keyboard mapping

Follow up to lp:1006550 which implemented the [AutoDJ] controls group
The original request was to add AutoDJ keyboard controls

Patch does the following
* Add shuffle_playlist,skip_next,fade_now, toggle_autodj controls to all *.kbd.cfg
  The order is from LTR just like in the GUI
* Update keyboard mapping template for documentation
* Add fade_now, skip_next, shuffle_playlist, toggle_autodj controls to Midi Wizard
* Bonus: Add "[VinylControl], Toggle" to Midi WIzard for toggling vinyl control to the next deck in Single deck mode

The [AutoDJ] controls in my patch are currently assigned to F9-F12 function keys. This is an issue on MacOSX because by default, F9 through F11 are reserved for Expose, while F12 brings up the Dashboard. These can be changed by going into System Preferences > Expose & Spaces. Here you can either re-map the functions you want to a different key, or set them to "-" to disable them.

We might discuss if this is too much of a hassle for Mac users.
OTOH by default they cant currently use the F1-8 keys in Mixxx either, as they are requested to go to the Keyboard preference pane and select the "Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" or use the "Fn + F..."

Patch tested & working with latest lp:mixxx/1.11 and MacOSX 10.6.8

Thanks for adding the patch.
If we`d add an info re: the new shortcuts to the list of change for the beta2 release announcement , we can gather some feedback from users if the assignments are practical and change it for the final release eventually.
