named posts which result in resource url change raise a 404

When a named post is performed on a resource, the operation may cause the resource's url to change. After the named post completes, the calling code attempts to perform a lp_refresh() to get the new state of the resource but this fails because the resource can no longer be found at the original url, and a 404 is raised.
