Confirmed. I saw this happen once. But can't get it to happen again.

Looks like it's showing a much longer window title briefly when gnome-control-center is closing.

This is a rather old bug that has been sitting stale for some time. Since no one responded to Marco in his comment on 2013-09-16, I'm going to say it's been fixed in some release and going to mark as such.

If this does indeed still occur, then we can either reopen this bug or open a new one.
