Week 39 - CCSM settings not working

Unity 2D- Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru

Issue: Changes in settings in CCSM are not taking effect. For Example: Change CCSM -> Experimental tab-> Launcher monitors -> All desktops, observe that no change has happened and there is no launcher on 2nd monitor.
