Bug Description

Ubuntu server Version - 6.06.1 LTS (from /etc/issue)
Linux-image Version - 2.6.15-28.51 (Linux-image-2.6.15-28-server)
gnome-system-tools Version - 2.14.0-0ubuntu11

Steps to reproduce:
1- open the Users and Groups interface (System->Administration->Users and Groups)
2- select the 'groups' tab
3- add a group (click [Add Group...], 'Group name' = test, Add some(11) group members, click [OK])
4- apply changes by clicking [OK]
5- open Users and Groups again, select the 'groups' tab
6- select our new group ('test')
7- click [properties]
8- select a user (eighth from top) and click [Remove]
9- click [OK]
10- apply changes by clicking [OK]
11- open Users and Groups again, select the 'groups' tab
12- select our 'test' group, click [Properties]

I only have three users remaining in the group (it appears that all users above (and including) the eighth from the top were removed?)

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I'm using Hardy Heron up to date and I was following the steps described above and the Users and Groups interface crashed after I accepted to create a new group.

Thanks again and we appreciate your help.

Cheers!

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu. You can find out more about the development release at http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/ . Thanks again and we appreciate your help.
