Week 39 - Spinner not shown when searching in dash

Test case ID - Can 4 - UNITY_ Dash Spinner

Issue: Animating spinner is not shown even when search takes longer than usual, roughly close to a second.

Action:
#. Open the files lens (Super+F)
#. Type an arbitrary search string

Expected results:
If the search is taking more than ~150ms, a spinner should be animating next to the search bar, once the spinner stops spinning the results shouldn't change.

Seems not to be a regression, also reproducible on the precise packages.
