gnome-panel not rendered correctly

I stumbled on a solution purely by accident, I have no idea why it works or if it is the correct solution, but here it goes.

Yes, it was committed in http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-art-pkg/light-themes/trunk/revision/240, ubuntu-themes doesn't have this bug from the beginning. Unsubscribing sponsors.
