We need a way to create the packagelist of the cd automatically from the germinate output

Right now we have a packagelist that we generated once (and "hacked" a little, manually).
We should improve the system to have it auto-generated from the seeds instead.

Solved in the right way starting from

squibby-build

and

squibby-tasks 1.1dummy1

I.e., the seeds are producing package lists accessible via tasksel tasks
and live-build just installs those tasks and a very minimal number of
extra packages that stay the same across versions typically.
