Bug Description
I'm trying to download "Torchight" from Humble Indie Bundle 6 (among others).
Occassionally my internet connection breaks (it's a mobile connection, not the most stable). This is normally not a problem, except for software-center which is the only piece of software on my computer which is unable to deal with that, all other download software is capable of resuming (apt-get, ktorrent). Unfortunately I didn't know and after downloading 300MB it started again.

I use Kubuntu 12.04.1 with KDE 4.9 (backport) and installed software-center manually.
