Bug Description

Hi,

I installed Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal pre-release on my laptop via Wubi - I have no idea why Wubi installed a version that was not stable.. The OS does not recognize my wireless adapter. I tried all steps in Ubuntu Help, but it was not useful. I reinstalled Precise Pangolin and installed Realtek driver from a dropbox link to get it working (Source: http://askubuntu.com/questions/139632/wireless-card-realtek-rtl8723ae-bt-is-not-recognized)

Please check this out.

Hi,

Quanzal kernel 12.10 final lack this driver, not really easy to install ubuntu in wireless mode ;-)

There is some compilation Warnings but rtl_92ce_92se_92de_8723ae_linux_mac80211_0006.0514.2012.tar.gz found at http://dl.dropbox.com/u/57056576/DRIVERS/REALTEK/rtl_92ce_92se_92de_8723ae_linux_mac80211_0006.0514.2012.tar.gz
work quite well.

Could it be added to /lib/modules/3.X.X-generic/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rtlwifi ?
