welcome.jpg shows a pangolin

If you download welcome.jpg, you'll notice that it still shows a pangolin. It should be a quetzal now.

I proposed dylans branch for merging since it has the updated welcome.jpg needed to resolve this.

Just waiting on some final pieces here and that screenshots branch will be merged. It doesn't actually have new screenshots yet, but it does have a quetzal :)

(I needed to crop the quetzal illustration, so I'm hoping the folks who made it at Canonical can do that a little better on their end).
