get_auth assumes a keyword argument with keystone

Bug Description

When called with version 2.0, get_auth is assuming there is an 'os_options' keyword supplied without checking for it. This breaks the latest version of swift-dispersion-* scripts.

I also encountered this problem in folsom.
But it may be already fixed by the following commit.

I think the commit solves the problem if not i would like to work on it. Could you confirm the same.
