iptraf: Outgoing Traffic (kb/s) is wrong calculated

Bug Description

I have 100mbit link and iptraf shows lower value. It shows 26121 kbit/s and other:

dstat - 12M
iperf - 96 Mbits/sec

Hi,
when I copied some file I saw this bad value.
Now I have Ubuntu 13.10 where is iptraf v.3.0.0-8.1 and this version
shows corect value.
