Renumber/Redate history records for WACS

Bug Description

Please could you fix the release number for wacs Series 0.6 called 0.6 to 0.6.0. Could you also back-date the date released on the 0.5 and 0.6 series releases to the dates given in the text - I don't seem to be able to do that. I'm basically trying to import the whole history of the application to date into launchpad, starting with oldest first.

This isn't actually the bug that applies here. It's bug 4750 and also bug 175489.
