Re-approval task bug.
This bug will be used to track the progress of the re-approval,
and make sure that every team gets the needed follow-through.
This bug will also allow us to keep a record of who was approved
and re-approved when. Please keep in mind the only people who should
be subscribed are the LoCo Council, and the team Contact. This bug will
also be kept private, for council use.

A nice wiki page with lot of information about annual loco activities and nice snaps too. Was curious to login to ubuntu.com.my but the pages were not loading for me.

Impressive application I just have one question, what if any planed events do you have and will they be added to the http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-my/events/history as I can see you've done in the past.

Thanks Laura for pointing that out.
seems that we've missed to list out some of our events on the http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-my/events/history before the actual time took place.
we will look into that matters and make sure it is fully complied as our Roadmap for 2012/2013 under Strengthening Ubuntu-MY Structure item no 3 "To fully comply of Ubuntu-LoCo requirement as an Approved LoCo members. "
As for now I am the person that responsible in updating all the documents, events, meeting reports and log regarding ubuntu-my events and project. so, i will make sure that every planned events will be updated into http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-my/events before the actual date.

I want to say this is an amazing application, nice photos, good information, a great roadmap and good experience. About this I was thinking maybe you can share material like ubuntu-my poster on spreadubuntu (I really like it).

I just to see a lot of photos of events in colleges or something like that, I want to know if you work with young people in your team and if the answer is "yes" what is the role of this guys?

I have known Khairul since UDS in Orlando, and since then I have followed Ubuntu-my. I enjoyed looking through their re-approval wiki, but really didn't need it to convince me of their great activities and team actions. They are a very active team, and I can't wait to hear of other great ideas and events they coming during this approval term!

Thanks for the comments and vote from both of you.

Regarding the the poster materials, we will share it into http://spreadubuntu.org/ after all, it is stated in the terms and conditions of the contest that each materials accepted into the contest will be shared by ubuntu-my into spreadubuntu. On the re-approval application we only put the winner's material. here are the other two if you are interested to take a look. (My G+ Album)

About the young people in our team, there are a lot of them in our facebook group, some are still in secondary school. Theres quite a few numbers in the group that actively spreading ubuntu among their schoolmate. Meanwhile in group they seems to be a little bit shy to be fully-involve actively in our team, and for now we don't have any specific plan for them. We do hope that some days they will be the next generations that carry on what we are doing here in Ubuntu-MY when they are ready.

hi guys in LoCo Council, just a heads up. today we are able to get the fund needed for the poster project from 5 generous donator.

This means that our project to spread ubuntu awareness among school and college / higher learning institutions with the poster will be able to be done.

The poster will be send out for printing after the design have been edited and finalise by ApOgEE (https://launchpad.net/~apogee) and then it will be send to schools/college/higher learning institution throughout Malaysia.

We are glad that this project will come true even though at first we thought it must be hard to get the fund needed via donations. Thumbs up for ubuntu-my members.
