Several logfile sections of report are empty for armhf test run

Environment: Panda board ES rev b1
Image: 12.04 preinstalled omap4 desktop image
checkbox version: trunk (bzr rev 1676)
Summary:

After a test run on armhf, the test report has some extraneous information.

cat /proc/asound/card*/codec#* fails with:

Job requirement not met: 'device.driver == 'HDA Intel''

dmidecode | iconv -t 'utf-8' -c fails because armhf has no dmidecode (or bios)

lspci -vvnn | iconv -t 'utf-8' -c fails because armhf has no lspci

I still think the best approach here is to remove from the ARM specific whitelist any tests/attachment jobs which aren't relevant for ARM - otherwise, can you be more specific about what needs to be fixed here?
