Manage favorites shows no Jabber server rooms

Bug Description
Room->Manage Favorite Rooms presents no rooms, and no "+" button to add them, for two different Jabber servers.
Join Room dialog will show rooms and allow me to join them. However there is no provision there to set them as "favorite".
System Information:
Empathy 3.4.2.3
Latest patches
$ uname -a
