screen shot apparently not saved on desktop

Bug Description
I take a screen shot of my desktop, save it on my desktop, but its icon is not displayed on the desktop itself, nor on the graphical version of the desktop while its correctly showed by the ls command run from a terminal.

After restarting I correctly see all my screen-shot files. No problem if I save screen shots on images folder. It seems I have the problem just with Desktop
