Cannot submit results after tests finish

After finishing the tests, a screen comes up saying "Please enter the email address associated with your launchpad account and click the Submit Results button to submit these test results to Ubuntu Friendly.

The problem is that when I click the Submit results button, nothing happens. The view results button brings up a report in the browser.

Hello,

I see a lot of strange string-encoding-related errors in your logfile. Are you using a non-english locale by any chance? Could you open a terminal, run this command and paste the output here?

Yes I'm using Hebrew locale as the output below shows:

echo $LANG $LANGUAGE
en_GB.utf8 he_IL:en_GB:en
