Bug Description

Internal partitions are shown in the launcher even when they are not mounted. I believe there used to be a compiz->unity plugin setting to control this, but it appears to have been removed.

Testing with:
compiz - 1:0.9.8.2+bzr3377-0ubuntu1~test2
nux - 3.6.0-0ubuntu1~test2
unity - 6.6.0-0ubuntu1~test1

[Test Case]
From unity/manual-tests/Launcher.txt

Test launcher removes device icons
------------------------------------------------------------
This test makes sure that Unity doesn't shows internal partitions after
they have been unmounted.

Setup:

Actions:
 * Open Nautilus
 * Mount an internal partition using the sidebar
 * Make sure the launcher has the launcher icon for the partition
 * Unmount that partition using Nautilus

Expected Result:
 * The device launcher icon has been removed.

[Observed Result]
The internal partitions are always shown in the launcher.
