Bug Description

I am running Stellarium 0.11.4 on two Windows computers. One computer is running Windows XP SP3 and the other computer is running Windows 7 SP1. Both machines show the same behavior. This behavior is 100% reproducible. Here are the steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the observability plug-in and restart Stellarium.
2. Configure the observability plug-in. It doesn't matter whether you make any changes or not.
3. Click on "Restore default settings".
4. Exit Stellarium.
5. View config.ini with Notepad. The only items in the file are the observability plug-in items; all other items are missing.
6. Restart Stellarium. The config.ini file has now reverted to the default config.ini file (like a new installation).

I forgot to mention that I am running the 32-bit version of Stellarium on Win XP and am running the 64-bit version on Win 7.
