Progress report for REPAIR TABLE?

Bug Description

I was running a REPAIR TABLE on a MyISAM table, and to my surprise the "progress" field was stuck at 0.0. It would be great if it worked like ALTER TABLE does, and gave progress.

I even agreed to partially fund the changes since I depend on MyISAM and I don't think I'll ever change to InnoDB, so these are important features.
