It's a transitional name. There's already maas (an alias for
django-admin) and maas-provision (grab bag of things with a focus on
the cluster). I want maascli to absorb both of the above (as a facade,
not major earthworks), at which point it will become just maas, the
one command to rule them all.

I think that the maas-region and maas-cluster packages (or whatever
they end up being called) can drop something in, say, /etc/maas/cli.d,
and the maascli script (renamed as maas) could pick those up and add
them to its interface.
