Bug Description

I wrote command but nothing changed, what says terminal:
You are about to add the following PPA to your system:
 skype-wrapper
 Integrates Skype with Unity

Skype-wrapper will also now launch automatically on start-up and wait till skype is launched. With skype 4.0 we recommend to add Skype to the launcher. If you want to use skype without skype-wrapper you have to deactivate autostart in the skype-wrapperer-settings found in the app-list.

To install this enter this in the terminal:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:skype-wrapper/ppa && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install skype-wrapper

The error isn't caused by our ppa. You should be able to install skype-wrapper by entering this: "sudo apt-get install skype-wrapper" (without the quotes) or by searching in the Software Center
