Bug Description

Running 0ubuntu6.5.1~precise4 on Ubuntu x64 12.04.

It would be really nice if skype-wrapper-settings would appear in the normal system settings dialog, probably under the "Personal" category. Both Ubuntu-tweak and My-Unity do this and it makes it super simple for new users to find and access.
