Bug Description
Now, when trying to drag a workspace to another position in the overview, nothing happens. It should behave similar to rearranging icons in plank: It's convenient to have the possibility to order your workspaces the way you want.

Does this apply with the new multitasking view? This needs a design decision before any implementation.
