Bug Description

If I disable ipv6 by adding the following lines in /etc/sysctl.conf:

# Disable IPv6
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default_disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1

the -D option in putty won't work anymore, even as root.
