compress file dialog does not compress file with password

compress file dialog does not compress file with password even I enter the password in related field.

the compressed file is generated, but, no password is asked while opening that file.
rar, zip both does not compress files with password enabled in compression.

I am pretty sure that this bug affects much more users but most people doesn't check their archives again.
So in my opinion, people thinking that their archives are secure but in reality they are absolutely unencrypted, could be really critical in some cases.
