graphics corruptions with intel drivers after upgrade to unity 5.16

Checked with intel drivers 2.20.0 and also latest git, and also with SNA and UXA acceleration methods, but only vesa driver didn't have corruptions after upgrade to 5.16. Downgrading unity to 5.14 gets rid of the issue.

Graphics corruptions manifest as disapearing background picture (it comes back when clicking on desktop), application menues are often not drawn until cursor goes over and even then only active menu entries are drawn, and more. Issue persists after running unity --reset (which crashed and colected info, dunno if it sent it since it didn't present page in browser for adding extra info).
