In eraser mode, no smart point selection

Bug Description
When the user selects the eraser, the mode should not be in smart selection mode (i.e. DrGeo gives priority to the selection of point). DrGeo should just reply a flat list of ALL the items under the mouse, so the user get a chance to erase non point item.
