Hello! Thanks for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better.
This is kind of weird for a number of reasons. The main one being that it appears /etc/init.d/ssh has somehow invoked procps's init.d script.
Could you paste the output of these commands:
ls -l /etc/init.d
ls -l /etc/rc2.d
ls -l /etc/init
