UX2 Edit Profile as admin gives NotFound, missing username

Under the following conditions:

- As KarlAdmin

- In UX2

- You go to someone else's profile

...if you click on "Edit", you get:

  /people/admin_edit_profile.html

...that is, missing the username. Thus a NotFound.

Easy one.
