Add query escaping to search plugin

Currently special characters in the user's query string are not escaped. This might cause confusion, when a user accidently uses a character which has a special meaning in the context of the Solr search. Therefore the user's input should be escaped properly. Unfortunately this isn't trivial, since for example a phrase query needs a different escaping than a un-phrased query.
