installer crashed

I am trying to install Backtrack 5 r3 and got installer crashed ....i am adding screenshot of it..i don't where to find bug report

Looking at the attachments in this bug report, I noticed that "20120914_165158.jpg" was flagged as a patch. A patch contains changes to an Ubuntu package that will resolve a bug, since this was not one I've unchecked the patch flag for it. In the future keep in mind the definition of a patch. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.
