Dear bot,

you write;
outdated debug symbol package for initscripts: package version 2.88dsf-13.10ubuntu13 dbgsym version 2.88dsf-13.10ubuntu11.1

but:
- the system is fully updated
- ddebs source is added and updated
- this is the 3d report trying to get debug traces, following the debug wiki
- But Lubuntu Quantal DOES NOT have neither dbg or dbgsym package for initscripts

So what to do next for such critical situation ? Maybe you should point sysvinit instead of initscripts.
