Bug Description
Currently, dragging an open/save dialog also moves the parent window. Windows should be de-coupled. The user may need to see the contents of the parent window visible to make a decision on the name or location of the file to open/save. That's currently not possible. See attachment.

On smaller screens this can sometimes be a real problem because the "ok"- and "cancel"-buttons are located on the bottom.
