Bug Description

"Turn on bounce keys" string is confusing.

This feature indeed "turn off bounce keys" as it prevents bounce keys to be taken into account by the system.

Suggestions:
- replacing "Turn on bounce keys" by "Turn on bounce keys management" or "Turn on bounce keys option" or "Tick the Bounce Keys checkbox"...

This confusion is not present in the software, only in the docs.

Several strings are similar in the docs, and should be fixed too:

I believe "Turn on bounce keys" is clear but concise English for "Turn on the bounce keys feature". We definitely want to use as few words as possible in headlines for page titles.

This is one of the pages we get straight from gnome-user-docs. You could try asking them if they agree.
