The recent upgrade shown here:

Remove: icedtea-7-jre-cacao:amd64 (7~u3-2.1.1~pre1-1ubuntu3)
End-Date: 2012-09-13 09:53:42

Broken my eclipse installation when clicking run or debug on a java project. Symptoms and solution of the problem are in this thread: http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&goto=488654

It can be fixed by running:

sudo apt-get --reinstall install tzdata-java
