System crashed when run Power Management test on Panda 4430 ubuntu.

Now this Power Management test works well on build 329:

Now this issue appears again. At the first time to run "lava-test run pwrmgmt", I got this error:

LAVA: (stdout) cpufreq_07.1/cpu0: checking 'ondemand' decrease frequency on idle... fail

Then after reboot the board and run it again, system crashes.

Observed on Panda 4430 board with Linaro ubuntu hardware pack:
