Bug Description

When you enable the exoplanets plugin and you zoom in on an exoplanet, the whole program slows down and a few seconds you can't do anything (and the framerate slows down to less then 0.9 FPS), but when you turn the plugin off, the program works fine again (13 FPS). The zoom is in the 2 situations still enabled.

I can not recreate this. 13fps is indicative of a pretty cheap machine, so, that could have something to do with it.

Well, the specs of my 'machine' are: AMD Athlon x2 P320 processor with 2.1 Ghz, RAM: 4 GB DDR3 memory and a HD5470 graphics card from ATI with 2303MB Hypermemory. I know it are not the best specs, but like i've said, the zoom is still enabled at the 13fps, so that also slows down. Normally it's 54fps.
