Bug Description
I'm using Ubuntu Testing Folsom Packages [1] and I can't launch an instance from the dashboard.
1) Log with Demo User
2) Go to "Instances" menu, click on "Launch Instance"
3) Give parameters (Keys, Security Groups, Network) and click on "Launch".
4) I've got this error : http://
Everything else is working in Horizon (without Quota but already reported [2]).

This bug isn't present when working from master, so I've added the ubuntu downstream packaging to the ticket. If there's some change that does need to happen upstream please comment back on this ticket.
