Buffer stays at 0% for 4 mins or so, then plays last 5 seconds of song

Just this morning (Sept 10 2012) Pithos stopped working properly.

When picking any radio station, the list of new songs is fetched along with album art, but buffering will remain at zero percent (0%) for quite some time (perhaps 4 mins). When the song does start to play, it's only the last few seconds of the song that actually plays - Almost the whole song is skipped but the last 5 seconds. The Buffering display will transition from saying 0% to something like 3:25 / 3:30. After the last few seconds finish playing, Pithos moves on to the next song and the cycle starts over again.

Precise 12.04 32-bit, Nvidia.
