Bug Description

Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 1 (currently up-to-date)

After a fresh install there is no option to add an IRC account in the All Settings -> Online Accounts -> Add account.... section. Empathy is installed as is telepathy-idle (both have been reinstalled) but the IRC account option is still missing.

Changed to 'Invalid'. I had not installed the 'account-plugin-irc' package.

Would be nice to see this as a default option though.
